Meat and Cheese Pie

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb ground beef
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated 3/4 cup cheese, grated 1/3 cup sliced green onion
• salt and pepper
• 1 9in unbaked pie shell

Directions

1. First of all, cook the meat in sauté pan and put aside.
2. Take the mayo, milk and mix them with eggs and flour till become smooth.
3. Blend in meat.
4. Blend in cheese.
5. Blend in onion.
6. Blend in salt and pepper.
7. Place the mixture into unbaked pie shell.
8. Bake for approximately FORTY min at THREE HUNDRED FIFTY (35o)
9. degrees Fahrenheit.
