Mustard Potato Salad Recipe |
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup coarse grain mustard or 1/2 cup mustard, your favorite 1/4 cup cider
- vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lb bacon
- 5 lbs white potatoes, peeled if desired, cut into 3/4 inch pieces 4 stalks celery,
- sliced thin
- 6 green onions, sliced thin
- 1 1/2 cups red onions, chopped
- 9 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
Directions
- First, take the mayonnaise, mustard and whisk them together with garlic and
- vinegar in a bowl.
- Add the salt and pepper according to your own choice.
- Then keep in refrigerator, covered.
- After this, cook the bacon in sauté pan till crunchy.
- Then drain them and crumble them.
- After this, boil the potatoes in pot till become soft.
- Then drain them and shift to bowl.
- Allow to cool for ¼ hour.
- Blend the eggs, red onions, green, bacon, celery, dressing into potatoes.
- Add the salt and pepper if required.
- Allow to chill.
