1 small box Jell-O (any flavor)
1 1/2 cups sauerkraut, chopped
1 cup cooked carrots, mashed
1 teaspoon water

Make Jell-O according to package directions. Before Jell-O firms, add sauerkraut, carrots and water. Chill until firm.
