Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 slices baguette or 4 slices crusty bread, 1-inch thick 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb mixed mushroom, roughly chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped 1 Avocado, skin & stone removed,
- diced salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, freshly grated 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive
- oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Directions
- First of all, fry the onions in heated oil in skillet.
- Then add in mushrooms. Then add in garlic.
- Cook till mushrooms become wilted.
- After this, take diced avocado, salt, pepper and add them.
- Take away from heat once warmed.
- After this, grill the sliced baguette on each of the side.
- Put the toast on a dish and use the cooked mushrooms for topping.
- Use little quantity of olive oil to drizzle along with balsamic vinegar.
- Use the chopped tarragon and grated parmesan for topping
